What do I actually get?

A written PDF report: your scores across five areas on desktop and mobile, the specific issues found on your site, and a prioritized fix-it roadmap. It's written for a business owner, not a developer.

What is AEO / AI visibility?

How well AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews can read and represent your site. More customers start there every month; it's the newest part of the audit and usually the lowest score.

Do I need to give you access to anything?

No. The audit runs entirely from the outside, the same way Google and your visitors experience your site. All I need is your web address, which you enter at checkout.

How do I pay?

By card, through secure Stripe checkout. I never see your card details. I'll confirm your order by email before the audit starts.

I'm a Tigard Chamber member. How do I get the $99 rate?

Are you going to pressure me to buy more?

No. The report is the product, and it's written so any web person can act on it. If you'd like help implementing the fixes, I do that too, but the audit stands on its own.
